Google has released some Street View imagery in Greenland. Thank you to GEB reader Chris for bringing this to our attention. There is also significant expansion to the coverage of Bangladesh that we looked at earlier this month.
The new Greenland imagery includes sections captured by boat

About Timothy Whitehead
Timothy has been using Google Earth since 2004 when it was still called Keyhole before it was renamed Google Earth in 2005 and has been a huge fan ever since. He is a programmer working for Red Wing Aerobatx and lives in Cape Town, South Africa.
In a few month Google will release more city images in Greenland according media from there.
That should be Sisimiut and Upernavik. Maybe Qaanaaq and Kangerlussuaq Airport and the area inland too.
So what about updating America? What bout expanding indoor street view to more cities? Whout about the train view article they once had?
Ow come all these great projects are gone to the wayside mysteriously?
Why is Google conspiring against me?
It’s limited street view but can try out streetviewmovie.com to virtual tour.
