As I’ve done for the past few years (and Frank did prior to that), I’m out in San Francisco at the O’Reilly Where conference. Over the next few days I’ll be attending sessions led by people from ESRI, Facebook, FourSquare, Google and many others. I expect to learn many great new things from all of the great sessions they have lined up, and I’ll certainly be sharing those with you over the course of the week.
Starting tomorrow, they’ll be streaming the keynote presentations live and you’ll be able to view them right here:
If you can’t get that embedded video to work, you can always view them at whereconf.com/live as well.
I’ll be posting to the @gearthblog Twitter account and on the +Google Earth Blog page on Google+ throughout the week, so tune into either of those to stay updated on the latest news from Where!
About Mickey Mellen
Mickey has been using Google Earth since it was released in 2005, and has created a variety of geo-related sites including Google Earth Hacks. He runs a web design firm in Marietta, GA, where he lives with his wife and two kids.
I read the blog daily and have found lots of useful information herein, and have no problem embedding video, but _please_ do not embed video that auto-plays.
