Ignore the YouTube buttons!!! Only use the buttons under the Google Earth plugin. Wait for the Google Earth plugin to load. Then press 'Enter Tour'. When the Tour has loaded press 'Play Tour'. Reload the web page to restart.

The video on the left is of a real Swiss Fighter Jet flying through the Swiss Alps. On the right, I've re-created the flights with the Google Earth flight simulator and recorded them with the Tour option. The sequences were timed to synchronize with the movie. The original purpose of this project was to show just how realistic the Google Earth renderings of the Swiss Alps are in 3D. The main difference is the imagery in Google Earth is summertime, in the jet video they are wintertime.

The window on the right is NOT a video! It's the Google Earth plugin and is a full 3D visualization - you can even use the mouse to move the view while its playing to prove this.
