The 10 most expensive hotel rooms on earth
A few weeks ago, we showed you a cool new tool that allows you to preview your hotel room using Google Earth. If you have a lot of money to spend on your hotel visit, then today's list could be quite helpful.
Google Sightseeing recently showed off the "Top 10 Most Expensive Hotel Rooms 2011", and we thought we'd track those locations down in Google Earth for you.

I am surprised that the 7-star hotel in Dubai Burj Al Arab didn't make the list. I have never stayed at any hotels on this list and I don't think I ever will unless I marry a very wealthy man! lol My favorite ones from the pics you posted is the hotel in the Bahamas and the one in Cannes...

I THINK ITS A DISGRACE,THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE HOMELESS IN THE WORLD,LITTLE CHILDREN GOING HUNGRY,HOW DO THESE HOTELS GET AWAY WITH CHARGING THESE OUT OF THIS WORLD PRICES,DON'T THEY HAVE A CONSCIENCE.PLUS THESE PEOPLE WHO CAN AFFORD TO PAY THESE LARGE SUMS.

Well hotels in Bangkok are not quite that expensive but you can almost buy a condo there for that price. Who in the heck has that kind of money. Michael Jackson may have at one point but i recall some hotel making a collection effort for back rent if I am not mistaken.

Not stayed at any of these, but you won't find a more delightfully eccentric hotel than the Hotel Portmeirion, Wales: lat 52.91, long -4.1
