Another Sneaky Google Earth Imagery Update - March 2009

[NOTE: Article retracted. Last night I posted some information on possible new imagery, based on some speculations from some GEB readers. At first it appeared to be new, but after doing some better cross-checking it appeared it wasn't new. Others have sent comments here indicating some other new imagery. But, if you check Google's official details posted on March 4th, most of the imagery people have found were on the list. I'll leave the comments here for everyone to decide for themselves until Google verifies with a possible announcement.]

Denali National Park is largely in high res now, a very recent update if not brand new. Maybe someone paying more attention can verify.

British COlumbia has recieved some high res, mostly in the south eastern portion, seems to be from a lot of different sources as it looks like a patchwork.

Simultaneously updated at the same time! That's outrageously preposterous. I demand they stop and halt instantly, right now.

Thessaloniki (Greece) has been updated, with... what seems to be worse imagery unfortunately.

Wisconsin has had high resolution in GE for two or three weeks already.

I think that there is a new imagery around Monza, Italy. The images are from july 2008.

Dear Frank,
I am 100% sure that the imagery is new. I run a webpage with a GM mashup and the imagery is obviously new (and the georeferencing has slightly changed). I know by heart the imagery of my city and now there are regions with clouds and an airplane caught while flying over the sea :)

maybe one of these milleniums they will update the imagery in and around the new Mets and Yankees stadiums (in Queens and Bronx, NY), they've only been under construction for 3 years. Shea Stadium is already torn down for crying out loud. But I don't wanna sound bitter, I love GoogleEarth :)

In my region their replaced new images with the old ones: http://maps.google.com/maps?t=h&hl=en&ie=UTF8&ll=52.240973,21.011433&spn=0.003318,0.006856&z=17. There is a building site already as u can see on older images.

Any chance of some updates on Morocco, specifically the coastal area north and south of Essaouira. There's a new airport, a Gary Player Golf course under construction and a lot of building going on all over the place (north and south) with international hotels etc etc?
