Minor Update to New GE Beta 4 Beta - September 15

Google has informed me they have put up a new version of the GE 4 Beta to address some issues with the new release. Just go to the Google Earth download page to get the new version. New fixes:

- Joystick/flight controller now has a disable option and is off by default
- Problem with Mac time animation is now fixed
- A few Mac Japanese translations restored
- Linux version now updated
- Faster network performance for non-US users

Windows version is now 4.0.2091, Mac version is now 4.0.2093.
