Turnhere.com - Videos About Places
Google has a showcase of interesting placemark collections which you see when you download Google Earth. One of the collections. which has not yet appeared here, is Turnhere.com. They have a simple collection of placemarks
showing the locations of videos which tell a story about different towns around the US. I like the short, professionally produced, videos which show candid interviews of people who live in these mostly rural towns and their views of why they like the town. One of my favorite videos is of the Yo-Yo museum in northern California. Just a chance to do a little sightseeing. Check it out!

Another distribution/end market for TurnHere's videos is Jippidy.com. I think internet videos will change the way small business advertise.

How do I turn off the "Turn Here" icons that appear everywhere and obscure the underlying detail?? Frustrated.

Hello!
I discovered reading your post, that there is on the showcase, a link to the KML that I created, "Da Vinci Tour".
Do you know when this link appeared in the Google Earth Showcace?
Thanks a lot
