Tutorials for Google Earth and GE Community
'Up_the_Spurs" at the Google Earth Community (GEC) has posted a collection of GE files which are tutorials. This is an innovative idea of using a collection of placemarks to teach you how to do things with GE and the forums. You can just go to the forum thread and read and download his tutorials. Here is a table of contents of his collection (with links to the files):
- Before posting a placemark

- Submitting a post

- Benefits of posting a collection of placemarks (instead of posting separate placemarks)

- Adding content for forum posts

- Editing a post

- Adding content to placemarks
- steps for adding pictures/web links and text
